Punktastic Line up at The Lincoln Arms 23rd April

The Static Age open the set on 23rd April at The Lincoln. These guys that hail from the states are mid way through their 25 show European tour, which includes Germany, Czech Rebublic, France and Romania amongst others. They have recieved great reviews from KERRANG, EMOTIONALPUNK, and ROCKSOUND MAGAZINE.

This band is a must for anyone that likes anything from The Cure to The Police. Their music is masterfully crafted and shockingly sincere. You are in for more treats as Brothers take stage. Killington Fall, a London based Ambient Rock band are up third. Their Debut EP 'At The Soundless Dawn' has received outstanding reviews. BBC Jersey wrote of this young four piece: "Killington Fall take the grind of Deftones and yourcodenameis:milo at their most apocalyptic and crush them with Explosions in the Sky’s instrumental spirit.".

With the night still young, The Dead Beat, fourth of the quintet, are up next. They will be up and ready having already played a gig in Kingston an hour earlier. This four piece band has been rolling out punk rock since 2009. Punters will not be disappointed as the band drags influences from The Bronx, Hot Snakes, Rocket From The Crypt and New Bomb Turks.

Last, but not least, Fun Alf close the session with a sound much akin to Killing Pablo, Blank Generation, the Clash, and The Fall. To get these five bands, we ask very little. Just £3 of your hard earnt to pay for their petrol!

UNFUN Tour Hits The Lincoln Arms 22nd April

Its a mini music festival at The Lincoln Arms on 22nd April. The Canadian sludge pop-punk band UNFUN, open the night to driving out punk tracks from their debut album 'Sick Outside View'. The Lincoln Ams plays host to this band on the 12th venue in their 14 date UK tour. The band is sure to play their latest 7" track - Shallow Graves, which is a split release on Not Shy Of The DIY/Drunken Sailor Records. Expect more mayhem as We Grow Beards take to the stage for further rock indulgence, with the Leeds stoners Teen-Rebel Dopefiends closing the show.
